Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Payroll Senior Team Lead to deliver accurate payroll across designated regions, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely processing.

You will lead a team of analysts, own SOX controls, and drive continuous improvement in payroll accuracy and efficiency, including UAT and system upgrades, across the US, Canada, and other supported countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a Management/People Leader role.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations; Canadian requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP/Workday/ADP); advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for designated countries.
• Manage payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
• Escalation point for payroll issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service levels with third-party providers.
• Ensure data flow and timing within payroll processing timelines.
