TD SYNNEX in Bogotá is seeking a Partner Operations Manager III to lead vendor relationships and support pricing, quotes, and deal registrations across products and services. You will empower sales teams with accurate quotes, up‑selling options, and timely deliveries while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong negotiation, communication, and data-entry skills. A business/IT associate degree is preferred.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant work experience; intermediate English
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
• Possesses strong data entry skills
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
• Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor programs and manage relationships with multiple‑tier vendors
• Collaborate with management to resolve escalated issues related to supplier orders and quotes
• Provide accurate quotes for products and services in line with pricing guidelines
• Create training materials and resources to optimize product adoption
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Perform deal registration processes with vendors to protect sales opportunities
• Assist sales teams in crafting quotes and identifying upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for revenue growth through partner programs
