Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis for its Bogota, Colombia-based FP&A team. The role involves driving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the LAC region, delivering data-driven insights and scalable automation.

You will collaborate with finance and business partners, manage key performance indicators, and support strategic planning while applying strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Post Graduation in Finance or CPA or MBA Finance preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and management.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial close with variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Assist in annual plan/budget and forecast, ensure data uploads into Hyperion.
• Develop standardized financial reporting packages and KPI reviews.
• Lead design and delivery of data-driven automation and reporting solutions.
• Provide financial analytics and insights to stakeholders for strategic plans.
• Apply understanding of market dynamics to formulate mitigating actions.
