Worley in Bogotá is hiring a Digital Solution Consultant focused on Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). You will design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation and CRM solutions, partnering with stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical architects to drive lead generation, nurture journeys, and revenue growth.

You will lead technical discussions, implement engagement solutions, and integrate with Salesforce CRM and external systems.

Formación

• 6+ years in Salesforce implementations with Pardot focus.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms.
• 2+ years web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for emails and landing pages.
• 3+ years in Agile methodologies, user stories, sprints and backlog management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams.
• Design and implement Account Engagement solutions: lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurture journeys.
• Develop and configure out-of-the-box and custom Account Engagement features (automation rules, dynamic lists, emails, landing pages).
• Apply HTML/CSS to emails and landing pages; work with Salesforce Flows and Apex as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing automation initiatives.
• Implement integration between Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM, plus external systems (Zapier, APIs).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and marketing operations.
• Apply CI/CD and deployment processes in Salesforce environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in campaign execution, data synchronization, and automation.
