Job summary

GCG in Colombia is seeking a Bakery Production Associate to ensure all bakery products meet BPM standards, manage raw materials from ordering to disposal, and guarantee on-time delivery to the various points of sale.

You will supervise preparation of breads, pastries, and desserts, optimize processes in panadería and pastelería, and contribute ideas to expand product offerings and sales across the division.

Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos por el líder inmediato, en cuanto alservicio de panadería, desde el proceso de pedido de materia prima hasta la entrega delproducto terminado.b. Cumplir con la entrega de producto terminado a los diferentes puntos de venta y deservicio según lo requerido al área producción.c. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro del área depanadería y pastelería sin generar desperdicios.d. Garantizar las condiciones organolépticas de todos los productos que se encuentran enproceso dentro del área de panadería y pastelería.e. Preparación de los diferentes productos solicitados de (panadería, hojaldres, postres,pastelería) teniendo en cuenta los procesos establecidos por la empresa.f. Proponer ideas nuevas de productos que beneficien las ventas de los puntos.2.
