GCG in Bogotá is seeking a bakery production team member to ensure the quality and timely delivery of bakery products at assigned points. You will handle ingredients, follow established processes, and collaborate with the production area to minimize waste.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the conditions and technical requirements of the catering service for assigned points and timely delivery of bakery products.
• Comply with specifications and timings according to the schedule sheet assigned by your immediate supervisor.
• Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required by the production area.
• Handle raw materials, inputs and supplies in the bakery area effectively without generating waste.
• Guarantee organoleptic quality of all products in process in the bakery area.
• Prepare various products requested (bakery, pastries) following established company processes.
• Actively participate in daily management meetings and keep the area logbook.

Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos mediante la hoja de programación asignada por su líder inmediato. b. Cumplir con la entrega de producto terminado a los auxiliares de panadería según lo requerido al área producción. c. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro del área de panadería sin generar desperdicios. d. Garantizar las condiciones organolépticas de todos los productos que se encuentran en proceso dentro del área de panadería. e. Preparación de los diferentes productos solicitados de (panadería, hojaldres) teniendo en cuenta los procesos establecidos por la empresa. f.
