Inchcape Américas is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive and optimize digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with KPI targets and budget plans. You will craft digital strategies, manage campaign performance, and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful results.

The role demands expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic buying, plus GA4 analytics and strong Excel skills. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Google Ads across Search, YouTube and PMAX.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok and programmatic advertising buying.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the flawless implementation of digital campaigns with correct UTM tagging.
• Generate campaign optimizations using daily results to hit campaign objectives.
• Deliver daily/weekly/monthly performance reports (CTR, budget consumption).
• Conduct monthly A/B tests and optimization projects to improve performance.
• Coordinate with business units and client meetings to meet targets.
• Manage digital marketing budget according to the media plan.

Our Digital Agency Platform is looking for Paid Media Specialist will Ensure compliance with the KPIS of the business units, at sales, lead generation, cost per lead level. creating and activating a digital strategy, using various global platforms

What you'll do

• Ensure the flawless implementation of digital campaigns: In agreed times, keeping errors to a minimum, with correct UTM marking.
• Generate campaign optimizations, according to daily results, to ensure the fulfilment of the campaign objective (Examples: review keywords, CPC, CPA changes, campaign shutdown, budget decrease).
• Deliver periodical results (daily, weekly, and monthly) of campaign performance from platform (CTR, budget consumption)
• Monthly A/B test and optimization projects to improve performance
• Compliance with the different business units’ targets and client facing meetings
• Guarantee the adequate use of digital marketing budget in the platform according to the agreed media plan.

About you

• Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search , Youtbe and Pmax), Meta Ads, TikTok and programmatic advertising buying..
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and metrics analysis.
• Client facing experience and soft skills .
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
