Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Organic & Web to own the execution of organic channels. You will produce and optimize SEO content, maintain a high-converting website, run organic social programs, and manage the ABM platform, aligning with Product Marketing's ABM strategy.

• Four or more years in digital, growth, or content marketing, preferably B2B or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on SEO (keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, performance analysis) and familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to write, edit, optimize, and publish high-quality organic content at a consistent cadence.
• Working knowledge of website CMS platforms, page layout, user journeys, and conversion-rate optimization.
• Experience running organic social programs and structured A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience with an ABM platform (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Propensity) and a social media management platform (e.g., Oktopost, Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
• Proficiency with GA4 and digital channel reporting, with strong analytical skills to turn data into prioritized actions.
• Strong project and calendar management across multiple recurring workstreams, clear communication across cross-functional stakeholders, and a self-directed, detail-oriented, quality-focused working style.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and optimize SEO content, landing pages, and on-page fundamentals for the company website.
• Maintain the keyword and topic roadmap with the growth marketing team; monitor rankings, traffic, content performance, and AI-citation visibility.
• Execute the organic content pipeline against a predictable calendar, refreshing and repurposing existing content to improve performance.
• Maintain a recurring website review calendar, manage CMS updates, and coordinate with Marketing Operations on layouts and CTAs to improve conversion.
• Own organic social execution across platforms, draft, schedule, publish, and run structured A/B tests.
• Operate the ABM platform end to end, aligning with Product Marketing strategy and ensuring proper setup and tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce readouts with insights and next steps for Product and Growth Marketing.
