Plutus21 is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Organic & Web to own the execution of our organic channels. You will optimize SEO, AEO content, and maintain a high-converting website while leading organic social programs.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing on ABM coordination, ensure content quality, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize channels for better citation, visibility, and conversions.

Formación

• Four+ years in digital marketing, growth, or content marketing, preferably B2B or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on SEO and familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and publish high-quality organic content on a cadence.
• Experience with website CMS, page layouts, user journeys, and conversion-rate optimization.
• Experience running organic social programs and structured A/B tests.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and optimize SEO content, landing pages, and on-page fundamentals for the company website.
• Maintain keyword and topic roadmap; monitor rankings, organic traffic, content performance, and AI-citation visibility.
• Execute the organic content pipeline with a consistent calendar and refresh existing content.
• Maintain a recurring website review calendar; manage CMS updates and fix broken links.
• Own organic social execution across platforms and run structured A/B tests.
• Operate ABM platform end-to-end, aligning with Product Marketing strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with insights and next steps.
