The role emphasizes collaboration, timely execution, and adherence to SOPs and SOX requirements, with opportunities to drive improvements and participate in training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Customer focus to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• SOX compliance and business controls knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process and respond to customer interactions across channels in SOP/SOX compliance.
• Achieve first interaction resolution through effective inquiry management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Follow quality guidelines and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Maintain performance metrics and participate in required trainings.
