Responsibilities

• Collect, measure and analyze project data and issues.
• Coordinate readiness activities across global teams.
• Define Target Operating Model to align workflows.
• Design QA/UAT test cases and oversee results.
• Execute Dress Rehearsals and PVT for go-live readiness.
• Create project scope plan and schedule.
• Forecast costs and track variances.
• Define quality standards and metrics.
• Identify risks, analyze impact, plan responses.
• Interact with senior stakeholders and maintain compliance.
