Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Bogotá is seeking an Operations Project Analyst to coordinate operational readiness activities across Global, Regional, and Local Operations teams and support critical program deliverables. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, proven process improvement capability, and strong analytical and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required for this hybrid position.

Qualifications

2-5 years relevant experience.
Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that improve performance.
Proven experience in delivering operational readiness (GAP Analysis, UAT oversight, Dress Rehearsals, PVT).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Collect, measure and analyze project management data.
Identify, track and close project issues.
Coordinate operational readiness activities across Global, Regional, and Local Operations teams.
Develop and define the Target Operating Model to align workflows with new program capabilities.
Support QA and UAT by designing test cases, overseeing execution, and reviewing evidence.
Execute Dress Rehearsals and Production Verification Testing (PVT) for go-live readiness.
Forecast project costs, track actual costs and revise forecasts as needed.
Create the project quality management plan with defined standards and metrics.
Identify project risks, perform analysis, and implement responses as needed.
