Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to strengthen governance across products and regions. You’ll use data to track exposures and support reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

This role collaborates with the first line of defence, designs controls, develops risk policies, and conducts risk- identification workshops. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with 5+ years in financial services risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core operational risk concepts and governance practices.
• Ability to interpret complex matters and translate them into actionable steps.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks with the first line of defence.
• Coach the business to design and implement controls.
• Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, KPIs, and appetite statements.
• Quantify operational risk and resilience, including stress testing and tolerance assessment.
• Own risk incident management and ensure proper reporting of events.
• Monitor risk exposure against limits and generate management reports.
• Develop and maintain risk tools and systems.
• Monitor KRI breaches and coordinate resolution with risk owners.
• Lead presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation.
