Backblaze is seeking a Software Engineer to build open source AI integrations and frameworks for the B2 Cloud Storage platform. You will contribute production-quality code, maintain public samples, and collaborate with product QA teams to reflect real AI workflows.

Ideal candidates have experience with open source languages, strong testing/documentation practices, and a passion for developer experience. Remote-first culture and competitive compensation are offered.

Formación

• Contribute to open source projects in popular languages.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain open source AI integrations and frameworks.
• Build public sample apps, SDK extensions, notebooks, and reference implementations.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate work while ensuring correctness.
• Contribute to open source projects through code contributions and reviews.
• Ensure assets meet testing, documentation, reproducibility, and usability standards.
• Maintain clean GitHub repositories for external adoption and community.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to reflect real AI workflows with Backblaze B2 usage patterns.
