JBT Marel in Colombia, Nariño, Los Abades is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for customer service activities including installation, maintenance, and training for Marel machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related engineering field and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ensuring quality service, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Formación

• Degree or Technical college in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromachanical or similar knowledge level.
• Technical competence in an engineering discipline.
• Strong communicator with analytical skill and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install Marel machinery.
• Maintain technical proficiency for installation and training.
• Identify sales and service opportunities.
• Report on quality issues and non-conformity.
