Gallagher is seeking a Local SEO & Online Reputation Manager to ensure accurate location data and a strong brand presence across search platforms in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with SEO, Content, Analytics, and Web Platform teams to optimize Google Business Profiles, listings, and location pages, monitor reviews, and maintain structured data to boost discoverability.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or IT and 3–5 years in Local SEO or digital

• 3–5 years of Local SEO or related digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Business Profiles and listings platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO basics: crawlability, indexation, metadata, redirects, structured data.
• Experience using Yext or similar platforms to manage location data and reviews.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly in writing and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, listings, location data, and location pages across digital platforms (e.g., Yext).
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, ratings, and reputation signals.
• Support Local SEO and related activity across location pages, profiles, and reputation platforms.
• Fix technical SEO issues that affect location visibility and performance, and maintain structured data signals.
• Track visibility across search engines, maps, directories, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Review how reviews, local content, citations, and reputation signals affect discoverability.
• Help create clear standards and scalable processes for listings management and location page updates.
• Support office openings, relocations, acquisitions, mergers, and other business changes through location lifecycle management.

You’ll help keep Gallagher’s location and brand information accurate, visible, and consistent across search, maps, directories, reviews, and AI-powered search experiences.

You’ll work with SEO, Content, Analytics, and Web Platform colleagues to improve how our local presence performs across traditional and emerging search platforms:

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, business listings, location data, and location pages across digital platforms, including Yext.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, ratings, and reputation signals to help protect and strengthen brand reputation.
• Support Local SEO and AEO activity across location pages, business profiles, and reputation platforms.
• Work with SEO and Web Platform teams to find and fix technical SEO issues that affect location visibility and performance.
• Maintain structured data and other machine readable signals that help search engines and AI platforms understand Gallagher content.
• Track visibility across search engines, maps platforms, directories, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Review how reviews, local content, citations, and reputation signals affect discoverability.
• Help create clear standards and scalable processes for listings management and location page updates.
• Support office openings, relocations, acquisitions, mergers, and other business changes through location lifecycle management.
• Spot opportunities to improve local search performance, reputation metrics, AI visibility, and customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You’ll have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You’ll have 3 to 5 years of experience in Local SEO, Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, Search Marketing, or a related area.
• You’ll have hands on experience managing Google Business Profiles and business listing platforms.
• You’ll know the basics of SEO, including crawlability, indexation, metadata, redirects, and structured data.
• You’ll have experience using Yext or a similar platform to manage location data and reviews.
• You’ll be able to explain technical information clearly in writing, in presentations, and in conversations with SEO, content, analytics, and web colleagues.
