Job summary

Agency is seeking a Conversions Operations Specialist to support onboarding to our client’s platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience and ensure exceptional service to plan sponsors.

You will review and record asset transfers, settle trades, reconcile cash and investments, coordinate with Implementation Managers and investment teams, and maintain client data in CRM systems. The role operates US Eastern Time with an $8 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and cash reconciliations.
• Analytical with numbers; ability to problem-solve.
• Highly organized and dependable; manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers in the trust accounting system.
• Settle trades from booking to settlement for mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs.
• Perform reconciliations of invested assets and cash activity between systems by deadlines.
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to transition plans onto the client’s platform.
• Coordinate with record keepers to liquidate and transfer assets from the platform.
• Update and review client data within CRM systems.
• Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet timelines.
• Assist in creating and maintaining written operating procedures.
