Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Analyst to support the Investor Relations team. You will manage investor onboarding from documentation to fund admission, coordinate KYC/AML and compliance with fund administrators, and maintain investor records in Salesforce.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• English is the primary working language for investor communications and filings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with investor portals or fund administration platforms.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for US and international investors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end investor onboarding from documentation through fund admission.
• Coordinate KYC/AML and subscription documentation with investors and fund administrators.
• Maintain investor records in Salesforce and related systems.
• Prepare onboarding, compliance, and operational reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and AI-driven automation initiatives.
