Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide full project management and on-site construction oversight for projects outside Bogotá. You will lead client coordination, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure risk, safety, and QA/QC align with objectives.

Required: 6–8 years PM experience in construction, engineering or architecture degree, fluent in English and Spanish. Travel to on-site locations will be required. Turner & Townsend champions a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Proven track record leading complex projects to successful completion.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full project management and on-site construction oversight.
• Advise at strategic level from project conception.
• Own contract and budget for assigned direct contracts.
• Develop and coordinate the Project Execution Plan and GC PEP activities.
• Manage risk, safety, QA/QC, and labor relations in line with objectives.
• Review drawings, assess constructability, and input during early phases.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Schedule ownership and track critical actions and milestones.
