Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for on-site construction work outside Bogotá. The role requires leading project management services and site oversight to deliver successful outcomes for the client.

Travel to on-site locations is required. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of PM experience in construction, an engineering or architecture degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. PMI certification is a plus and consulting experience is preferred.

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree required.
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager delivering solutions for clients.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Consultant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for meetings, reports, and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the client PM, including overseeing the overall construction effort.
• Advise at strategic level during project conception and procurement phases.
• Own contract and budget for direct contracts assigned.
• Create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plans and GC-PEP activities.
• Manage risks on construction execution and HES; coordinate with client PM and risk registers.
• Support design reviews, assess constructability, provide input in early phases.
• Review and report on construction progress; coordinate field reps and reporting.
• Coordinate RFI and Submittal process with cost controller alignment to budgets.
• Prepare meeting minutes and documentation for key meetings.
• Assist in coordinating safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs.
