Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to support major construction projects with rigorous cost control, budgeting and procurement reporting. The role involves developing cost plans, reviewing contractor proposals, managing change, and ensuring timely valuations.

This position requires travel to on-site jobs outside Bogotá and working in a global team to deliver value across real estate, infrastructure and related sectors.

Formación

• 6-8 years of professional experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer, Architect or Mechanical Engineer.
• High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge.
• Worked for global companies previously.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
• Estimate and cost plan including presenting the final cost plan.
• Develop cost procedures and manage tendering.
• Review subcontractor proposals, contracts and change requests.
• Carry out cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Analyze project budget and monitor expenditure vs. delivered services.
• Review monthly reports and present to SCM and client.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Interface with client and other consultants at all stages.
