Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager in Bogotá to support delivery of a range of projects across real estate and infrastructure. The role focuses on efficient management, client liaison, and adherence to scope, time and budget.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop reports, monitor schedules, and help establish governance processes. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a degree in engineering/architecture and at least three years'

Formación

Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles.
Ability to develop reports and project follow-ups.
Experience coordinating between team and client via meetings and written comms.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

Deliver a range of tasks to high quality standards on multiple projects.
Act as day-to-day contact point with clients and support project governance.
Help establish success criteria including time, cost, and performance parameters.
Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written updates.
Track progress, budgets and schedules, ensuring documentation is maintained.
