Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for construction projects in Pereira, Colombia. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related and at least 3 years of experience.

You will coordinate client communications, develop reports, manage information flow, and support project governance, timelines and budgets using MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related.
3+ years’ experience in similar roles.
Ability to develop reports and project follow ups.
Manage the flow of project information between team and client via regular meetings and written communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

Deliver a range of tasks to high quality standards across projects of varying sizes.
Act as day-to-day client contact and coordinate with project teams.
Help establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical and governance parameters.
Manage change control, project finances and documentation like charters, budgets and drawings.
Prepare status reports, process purchase orders and maintain due diligence and financial files.
