Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a nuclear plant build. You will lead planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics while implementing NetSuite ERP modules in a nuclear QA framework.

This hybrid role is based in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, with 2–3 days in the office. You will design and stand up systems from scratch, ensuring traceability and compliant documentation under licensing conditions.

Qualifications

• Operate within a nuclear QA program with traceability and licensing controls.
• Develop and enforce CGD processes with QA teams and suppliers.
• Lead QA support for NRC inspections, ITAAC, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and rollout of NetSuite Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Work Orders modules.
• Design item master, BOMs, UOM, and location/bin structures.
• Define planning parameters: reorder points, safety stock, lot sizing, planning horizon, and time fences.
• Collaborate with Finance on inventory accounting configuration and GL reconciliation.
• Lead data migration, UAT, SOPs, and post-go-live backlog.
