The Nuclear Company is seeking a Contract Administrator, Procurement to manage procurement contracts from award to closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic sourcing for nuclear deployment projects. This hybrid role requires regular presence in either Washington, D.C., or Columbia, SC, with relocation possible for commuting distance.

• 3–5 years of contract administration or procurement experience, preferably on nuclear, energy, or other regulated large capital projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Administer procurement contracts and purchase orders from award through closeout.
• Ensure purchased materials, equipment, and services meet all procurement document requirements.
• Manage contract modifications, change orders, and scope adjustments.
• Track and document contract deliverables, milestones, and compliance requirements.
• Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation against contract terms.
