Qualifications

• Experience with internal financial systems, particularly ACON.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• B2+ English level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Credit Control operations: supervise the team and manage activities per policy.
• Manage credit limits and exposure: optimize lines while controlling risk.
• Assess business impact of credit decisions on shipments and operations.
• Support the North American market: coordinate with stakeholders and processes.
