Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid experience in commercial, sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead directly and/or through influence high-performing teams.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and talent development capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability, autonomy and continuous growth.
• Translate the Neuroscience business strategy into clear commercial priorities and execution plans.
• Drive customer and territory excellence, ensuring resources and efforts are focused where they can create the greatest impact.
• Leverage data, market insights, and business analytics to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated customer strategy.
• Build strong understanding of the patient journey, healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics.
• Lead the team through change, innovation and launch readiness, building the capabilities required for future growth.
