Insight Global is seeking a Software Developer to join our nearshore team in Bogota. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications across web and desktop platforms, collaborating with users and stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software development, strong C# and SQL Server skills, ASP.NET MVC, and WPF. You will troubleshoot production apps and provide real-time support in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our growing nearshore development team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing a suite of business-critical applications while providing real-time collaboration and support to internal users and stakeholders.

This position has been created to improve responsiveness and support capabilities during overlapping business hours, allowing the team to better serve users while reducing the support burden currently carried by senior developers.
