Zipdev is seeking a designer at heart with strong motion graphics or visual design experience. You will craft eye-catching visuals, typography and campaigns across social, brand activations and 360 programs.

Collaborate with PMs and art directors, develop storyboards, iterate on data-driven creative, and stay ahead of trends using After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

A minimum of four years in the industry and a polished portfolio are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept development
• Understands ad performance and iterates based on KPIs
• Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development process
• Holds quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projects
• Able to develop concepts for modular content, long form, brand activations, and 360 campaigns
• Collaborates with team to build storyboards and decks for all projects
• Communicates progress and bandwidth with leadership
• Proposes inventive non-traditional solutions
• Communicate with Project Managers, Art Directors and Account Managers about progress
• Proven experience with AI motion tools and image generation
