MAJORITY is seeking an Integrated Creative Designer in Bogotá to craft scroll-stopping visual and audiovisual content for the U.S. and Latin American markets.

You will lead high-fidelity design across digital channels, using AI as a tool to create impressive visuals rather than a replacement for artistry. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in design or creative production, a strong portfolio, and experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• Full bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity design across formats.
• Comfort with motion graphics and AI-assisted visuals.

Responsabilidades

• Design creative assets for multiple channels and formats with a focus on conversion.
• Create motion graphics and AI-generated videos to animate assets.
• Collaborate on campaign concepts and visual directions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain brand system consistency and scalable design systems.
• Experiment with AI tools to elevate visual assets and deliver production-ready content.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Creative Strategist to meet campaign goals.
