Zusammenfassung

Atomic HR is seeking a senior mobile developer to own an offline-first React Native app from project setup to public store launches. You’ll work remotely from LATAM, collaborate with a lead developer and backend counterpart, and ensure the app remains functional offline while supporting sync, storage and release decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in mobile development, strong TypeScript and AI-assisted coding tools, and a clear command of English for client communications and risk notes.

Qualifikationen

4+ years building mobile applications, including React Native apps released on iOS and Android.
Experience with offline-first architectures and local storage, queued writes and retry logic.
Experience delivering apps with testing, CI/CD and release workflows.

Aufgaben

Set up developer accounts, signing, CI builds and testing tracks for iOS and Android.
Build offline-first storage, write queues and retry logic to keep app functional offline.
Define and agree sync/upload APIs with backend, and resolve conflicts.
Build sign-in via phone numbers, push notifications fallback to SMS, and evolve app flows.
Improve startup time, memory usage and app size on low-end devices.
Handle store submissions, disclosures and monitoring for crashes and sync issues.
