Zusammenfassung

Atomic HR is seeking a mobile developer to lead the development of an offline-first iOS and Android app, working remotely from LATAM. You will own the project from the initial setup through to public launch on the App Store and Google Play.

You’ll review every diff, add tests, and make key decisions on sync, storage and releases in close collaboration with a backend developer. Two-week sprints, with four to five features per cycle, and AI coding tools integrated into daily workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years building mobile applications, including React Native applications released on the App Store and Google Play.
• Offline-first work: local storage, queued writes, retries and conflict handling.
• Performance tuning on low-end Android devices and optimizing startup time and memory.

Aufgaben

• Set up developer accounts, signing, CI builds and testing tracks for iOS and Android.
• Build local storage, write queue and retry logic to keep the app functional offline.
• Define sync and upload APIs with backend developer and resolve conflicts.
• Implement phone-number sign-in with SMS codes and push notifications that fall back to SMS.
• Develop camera capture and e-signature flows with versioned records.
• Monitor startup time, memory, and app size on low-end devices.
• Handle store submissions, privacy disclosures and monitor crash and sync issues.
