Johnson & Johnson Bogotá is seeking a Sourcing Manager Corporate Services to support category strategy, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management across key supplier relationships. The role shapes procurement plans and aligns with business partners to deliver value and compliant operations.

You will lead supplier relationships, use data analytics to drive insights, and partner with Procurement Leadership to meet financial, quality, and service targets while improving processes and controls.

Job Description

Sourcing Manager Corporate Services provides support to the Category Lead in category strategy development, maintaining key relationships within the business, and providing vendor management support across key supplier relationships. The position must shape, connect and influence resources to deliver on key projects. The category scope includes support of Consulting and Financial Services as well as the sub-category of Technical Services. The Manager will also help develop, direct and implement procurement strategies, use data analytics to generate actionable insights, advance innovation and process improvements, and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance.

• Develop and drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community
• Developing the vision, strategy and implementation plan for specific categories of spend that will effectively meet the long range requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for Johnson & Johnson.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management for strategic suppliers and provide vendor management support to ensure alignment with Johnson & Johnson's objectives, including quality, reliability, innovation, service and cost
• Understand long range requirements of the business partners and engage in strategic planning and partnering to ensure alignment
• Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments
• Build and manage relationships throughout Johnson & Johnson that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to the development of optimal approaches and solutions
• Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers, including data review and analysis, performance management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of end-to-end value, while bringing supplier-enabled innovation to the business
• Identify, develop and direct the implementation of Procurements goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an informal understanding of industry/market dynamics
• Leverage data analytics, digital tools and technology to identify insights, measure performance, support decision-making, and develop Procurement strategies aligned with business and sector needs
• Identify, evaluate and implement innovative solutions and process improvements that simplify workflows, improve controls, enhance the stakeholder experience and create scalable value
• Support day-to-day vendor management activities, including supplier communications, performance tracking, business reviews, risk and issue escalation, collaborative initiatives, and supplier negotiations
• Lead team meetings and provide updates to Procurement Leadership
• Lead & prioritize portfolio of Procurement segment-specific initiatives (Innovative Medicine, MedTech)

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required

Experience and Skills

Required

• Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices and core Procurement areas of focus in Spend Management.
• Ability to prioritize requests, and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary
• Ability to show judgment in developing new approaches and resolving issues
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with J&J senior management
• Ability to show strategic thinking
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, recommendations and measurable improvement opportunities
• Prior Project Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, simplify ways of working and improve stakeholder experience

Preferred

• Strong level of proficiency with core Procurement skills (e.g., supplier and vendor management, performance management, supply market analysis, Category Management, Procurement Excellence, data analytics and continuous improvement)
• Strong level of credibility with internal customers, and with the supplier community
• Strong influencing skills with ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints and understand differing needs of partners (e.g., businesses, Procurement LT, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain)
