Job Description

Position Summary Reporting to the Manager of Cash Flow, the Procurement Cash Flow Specialist supports the execution of established global and regional free cash flow plans by preparing and analyzing Finance, Procurement, and operational data. The role monitors cash flow performance, identifies working‑capital trends, risks, and opportunities, and provides recommendations for review. The position supports forecasting, governance routines, payment-term activities, and cross‑functional delivery within defined processes, priorities, and control frameworks. The role focuses on working‑capital and cash flow outcomes rather than traditional cost‑savings objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor free cash flow and working‑capital performance within established reporting routines, including relevant drivers such as payment terms and accounts payable.
  • Update and analyze dashboards, forecasts, variance analyses, and management reports; investigate deviations and summarize key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for review.
  • Support the identification, validation, tracking, and reporting of cash flow initiatives, using established methodologies and ensuring benefits are supported by consistent data, documented assumptions, and appropriate evidence.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and business teams to collect inputs, resolve routine data issues, and deliver agreed actions within established governance frameworks.
  • Execute payment‑term governance and supplier‑level analyses, including opportunity identification, exception tracking, implementation follow‑up, and benefit reconciliation, with guidance on non‑routine matters.
  • Maintain accurate master data, trackers, standard operating procedures, and audit‑ready evidence in accordance with applicable policies and controls.
  • Keep content on the free cash flow SharePoint site current, organized, and accessible.
  • Support continuous‑improvement and reporting‑automation activities by documenting requirements, performing testing, preparing user guidance, and supporting adoption within defined project plans.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide timely analytical and operational support against defined priorities and service levels.
Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Experience and Skills - Required

3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Data Analytics, or a related business area. Role level is determined by scope, complexity, autonomy, and problem‑solving expectations rather than tenure alone. Working knowledge of free cash flow, working capital, financial statements, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to reconcile data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop practical recommendations within established methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and regions and explain financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance with financial controls, policies, and documentation standards. Adaptability, learning agility, accountability, and a continuous‑improvement and digital mindset.

Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience with payment terms, supplier analytics, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash forecasting, or working‑capital optimization. Experience in a global, regional, or shared‑services environment. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, ERP systems, or other analytics tools is strongly preferred.
