Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and planning software (Workday Adaptive/OfficeConnect, Netsuite, Salesforce).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with AI tooling to drive automation (Claude).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build scalable processes.
• English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain sales analytic and forecasting models.
• Perform variance, historical trend, product mix analyses to drive decisions.
• Design, develop and deliver reports and dashboards with insights.
• Support annual budget process with a new sales budget model.
• Forecast expenses for Sales and Marketing, including commissions.
