This role combines forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis with hands-on ownership of reconciliations, accruals, month-end close activities, and investigation of financial variances.The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who is equally comfortable working at the transactional and data level as they are presenting financial insights to business stakeholders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSFP&A & Business Finance* Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial planning processes.* Perform P&L analysis and explain key drivers of revenue, expenses, margins, risks, and opportunities.* Partner with business leaders to understand operational performance and financial results.* Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.* Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and performance improvement initiatives.* Monitor financial performance against forecast and budget targets.
