Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia is seeking a strategic MarTech Engineering Manager in Bogotá to lead and scale the Marketing Technology function. You will optimize marketing systems, automation, analytics infrastructure, and operational processes that boost marketing performance and ROI.

The role partners with Marketing Leadership, Demand Gen, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Website Development to deliver scalable MarTech solutions and drive ROI across digital properties.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, RevOps or related fields.
• 2+ years in people management or leadership roles.
• Strong HubSpot administration, workflows, and governance experience.
• Experience leading tech projects involving marketing systems, analytics and integrations.
• Proven ability to scale processes, systems, and teams in growing orgs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor engineers and technical resources in marketing technology initiatives.
• Own HubSpot administration, workflows, automation, governance and platform optimization.
• Manage website operations, enhancements, and technical improvements across digital properties.
• Oversee analytics integrations, event tracking, and website tagging via GTM.
• Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap with Marketing Leadership.
