Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Create engaging posts, Reels, and Stories aligned with brand messaging.
• Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar.
• Execute community engagement initiatives to increase visibility and audience growth.
• Monitor and report on content performance and lead generation metrics.
• Research and engage with relevant industry communities and online groups.
• Build relationships through educational, value-driven interactions.
• Identify, qualify, and track prospective leads.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress.
• Redesign and enhance client-facing proposals and marketing materials.
• Develop impactful case studies and success stories.
• Support the promotion of digital products, resources, and educational materials.
• Improve messaging and customer journey touchpoints to increase conversions.

Website & SEO Support

• Audit website content, user experience, and calls-to-action.
• Identify SEO opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Implement approved updates to increase visibility and lead generation.

Marketing Planning & Reporting

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly reporting.
• Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong Canva and visual design skills with a polished, professional aesthetic.
