Worldpanel by Numerator is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst - Regional Account Executive to deliver analytical client answers using Kantar Worldpanel databases and advanced tools. You will prepare presentations of results, translate data into actionable business insights for clients, and lead project briefs with clear scope and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of services under contracts with clients with analytical depth using tools and databases.
• Prepare client results presentations and reports, and help clients understand data for decision making.
• Lead briefing sessions to define scope and manage deliverables and timelines.
• Receive and structure project briefs, coordinate proposals and present to clients.
• Prepare annual business planning and monitor implementation.
• Predict risks to CSS and implement action plans to maintain or improve indices.
• Lead or participate in internal projects and negotiate with other areas.
• Create customized solutions with other departments, confirming actions with the manager.
• Monitor monthly sales goals and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Maintain regular communication with account leaders.
• Support strategic company projects (MYWP, GCF, Insights...).
• Update internal stakeholder lists.

Position: Marketing Insights Analyst - Regional Account Executive

Responsabilities:

Clients

• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of services under the established contracts with clients, providing specific and analytical in-depth answers for each demand, applying advanced level tools and Kantar Worldpanel databases.
• Prepare presentations of results and reports to clients, as well as have deep knowledge of the business of customers, assisting them in understanding the data and in decisions to be made based on Kantar Worldpanel survey data.
• Lead briefing sessions for projects, ensuring clear scope definition and proper management of expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
• Receive and structure project briefs outside the scope of regular services, coordinating the development of proposals and leading their presentation to clients.

Internal

• Prepare the annual business-planning (chart of accounts / share), validate it with the manager and monitor implementation.
• Predict risks of decrease in client’s satisfaction index (CSS) build action plan to increase and / or maintain the indexes according to the area’s CSS goal and involve other team executives to ensure implementation and effectiveness of the plan.
• Lead and/or participate in development of internal projects, being the main interface in negotiations with other areas involved.
• Act proactively in creating customized solutions according to the type of business and customer need, involving other areas and validating actions with the manager.
• Monthly monitor sales goals and make alternative plans to achieve the results if needed.
• Lead Regular Communication with account leaders
• Support the Company Strategic Project (MYWP, GCF, Insights...)
• Update internal stakeholders list responsible.

Requisites:

• Previous experience with Market analysis/research.
• Advanced english (writting, speaking and listening).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Bachelor degree completed in Marketing or other related areas.
• Office package advanced knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
