The role blends creativity with strong organization, requiring multi-project execution across digital channels and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results in a fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, digital marketing, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other channels.
• Manage Fygaro’s social media calendar and create engaging content.
• Draft and coordinate marketing materials including emails, landing pages, and partner communications.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, events, and webinars.
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.

We work closely with financial institutions, payment partners, and businesses across multiple markets, and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us strengthen our brand, execute marketing initiatives, and support our continued growth.

Job Description

We are looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator who can turn ideas into execution.

You will work closely with our commercial and leadership teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, create and manage content, support product and partner launches, maintain our digital channels, and help ensure that marketing initiatives move from concept to completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organization and is comfortable working on several projects at the same time.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other channels.
• Manage Fygaro's social media calendar and help create engaging, relevant content.
• Draft and coordinate marketing materials including emails, presentations, product announcements, brochures, landing pages, and partner communications.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns with banks, payment partners, and other strategic partners.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Work with designers and external vendors to develop marketing assets and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update website and marketing content as needed.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns, contact lists, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and relevant trends.
• Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate internal marketing requests and maintain visibility of deadlines, deliverables, and project status.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing processes and campaigns.

Additional Information

• What We're Looking For
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable taking ownership of assignments and following projects through to completion.
• Experience managing social media and digital content.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or payments.
• Experience working on B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating campaigns with external partners or large organizations.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid advertising, or marketing automation.
• Experience creating short-form video or social media content.
• Spanish and English proficiency.
