Job summary

The Language Doctors is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across marketing content. You will review copy, graphics, emails, landing pages, and ads before publication, and oversee podcast editing to uphold high technical and narrative standards.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, CRO, and Content teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide structured feedback to creators to improve clarity and conversion potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in audiovisual production or podcasting, quality control, content review, marketing operations, production coordination, or project management within marketing agencies or media companies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.
• Ability to work with multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review all marketing deliverables for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and brand alignment before publication.
• Oversee podcast audio/video editing to ensure high technical and narrative standards.
• Establish and enforce pre-launch review processes to prevent errors and delays.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, CRO, and Content teams to meet quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards, especially for immigration-related services.
• Provide structured feedback to creators to improve clarity and engagement.
• Adapt quality criteria to each brand’s positioning and audience.
• Maintain quality guidelines, checklists, and review logs.
