Power Digital Marketing Colombia seeks a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory integrity of healthcare creatives. You will gate content before MLR review and collaborate with Creative Project Managers who own delivery timelines and task trafficking.

You will manage the Veeva Vault PromoMats workflow, maintain QA standards, and coordinate with cross‑channel teams to keep workflows efficient while pushing for continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, agency or in‑house, with direct exposure to MLR review workflows
• Demonstrated understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202, including fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded content
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (annotating, claims management, submission tracking) highly preferred
• Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Submission Compliance QA: Review all creative assets against MLR requirements before client review
• Post-Approval Launch QA: Final quality proof of assets before they go live
• Veeva Vault PromoMats Operations: Manage claims, references, submissions and 2253 filings
• Brand & Design Standards Enforcement: Ensure visual and brand consistency across healthcare deliverables
• Copy Quality Review: Check grammar, tone, and alignment with approved claims
• QA Process Documentation & Refinement: Improve QA standards and checklists
• Creative Workflow Coordination: Maintain Asana boards, timelines, and feedback cycles with stakeholders
• Employ AI technologies to optimize processes
• Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem related to the department
