Kuehne+Nagel in Colombia is seeking a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with the OCC and back-office to ensure timely, high-quality maritime export operations.

You will handle requests, follow up on shipments, maintain data accuracy, and work in a hybrid model from Cali at the Carvajal Santa Mónica complex next to Chipichape Shopping Center, with 1–2 years in customer service and a B2 English level.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Care.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics environments preferred.
• Knowledge of International Trade and maritime logistics operations.
• B2 English level, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and strengthen relationships with customers during Sea Logistics operations.
• Attend to requests and operational requirements with timely responses.
• Follow up on maritime shipments and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with OCC and back-office to ensure correct execution.
• Update customer data and monitor shipment finances.
