Title and Summary Manager, Airport Experiences Global Cardholder Services is a critical organization within the Consumer Products & Processing business, delivering best in class benefits. With a dual mandate to enhance the Core value proposition and drive services revenue, Cardholder Services is a dynamic and high impact program. The team combines deep product expertise and partner management excellence to deliver industry leading customer experiences. In this role, you will help with the development, optimization and delivery of Airport benefits, including the new Mastercard Collection Travel Pillar. You will manage key partner relationships and ensure seamless execution across product, services and operational teams. You will also play a critical role in ensuring market competitiveness, pricing consistency and differentiation for Mastercard in the Travel vertical. This role supports global asset development, vendor management, issuer communication, coordination with regional teams, and launch timelines. Experience with product ownership and external vendor management is preferred. The ideal candidate excels in communication, works independently, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
