Mastercard in Bogotá seeks a Manager, People Business Partner to lead end-to-end Talent Cycle Operations. The role secures local compliance and partners strategically with the business, enhancing the employee experience across geography and Business Units.

Responsibilities include delivering core People and Capability programs, coaching leaders, audits of development plans, and coordinating onboarding and wellness initiatives as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in multinational companies across South America.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end talent cycle operations within scope.
• Ensure local compliance and strategic partnership with the business.
• Coach managers and employees on development and rewards.
• Drive workforce planning and performance and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with COEs and GBSC on program delivery and customization.
