The Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement is responsible for supporting Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through operational execution, strategic initiative delivery, governance activities, process improvement, partner program administration, and cross-functional coordination. The role works across multiple functions, including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations, to support business initiatives, enable partnership growth, and contribute to the execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will support business analysis, partner program management, sales enablement, operational governance, and process optimization activities while contributing to initiatives that enhance Mastercard's channel sales and partnership capabilities. The role also supports partnership sales activities by enabling effective partner engagement, operational execution, and scalable go-to-market processes.
