Lean Solutions Group is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator in Cartagena de Indias to support day-to-day transportation operations. You will track shipments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and maintain accurate shipment information from pickup to delivery.

You will communicate updates to customers and internal teams, ensure timely PODs, and support administrative tasks within the TMS. Strong English (B2+) and 6+ months in logistics are required.

Formación

• 6+ months of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a related operations role.
• English level: B2+ (written and verbal).
• Experience tracking shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, or supporting transportation operations.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments, providing accurate status updates throughout the transportation process.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments while maintaining updated information in internal systems.
• Track ETAs and communicate shipment events or delays to customers and internal teams.
• Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other shipment documentation to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively elevate operational issues when necessary.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Upload and maintain supporting documentation within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support Sales and Operations teams with daily logistics activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensure shipment records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
