Lean Solutions Group is seeking a logistics support specialist in Bucaramanga. You will assist in developing operational activities for client accounts, focusing on back-office tasks and calls to monitor logistics status.

Responsibilities include reporting load status, obtaining required documentation, updating systems, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety policies. English proficiency is required and on-site work is mandatory.

Formación

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics.
• English fluency to B2-C1 level.
• Availability to work on site in Bucaramanga.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Report on the status of loads and updates during goods movement.
• Obtain necessary documentation for air, sea, or land logistics activities.
• Update invoices and documentation in the assigned systems.
• Meet goals and expectations set by the client or supervisor.
• Follow policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety guidelines.

Description:

Provide support in the development of the different operational activities in the accounts/ companies of the organization's clients regarding any process in its logistics chain. This support could be through back office activities and logistics related calls to monitor the status of the logistics process.

Responsabilities:

Functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:

• Report on the status of the loads and any other news that arises during the movement of the goods.
• Obtain the necessary documentation to complete the assigned logistics activities, whether in the air, maritime or land fields.
• Update invoices and documentation in the assigned systems.
• Meet the goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate Supervisor.
• Follow the responsibilities assigned by the company and your employer in terms of policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics.
• English Fluency (B2 - C1).
• Availability to work on site in Bucaramanga.
• Attention to detail.
