UPL is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. You will support sales, manage orders, and coordinate logistics planning and execution across a global supply chain.

The role involves SAP-based reporting, contract creation, and close collaboration with sales, finance, and warehouses. The ideal candidate has a SCM degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience, including ERP systems exposure, preferably SAP S/4HANA, in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, International Operations or IB is required.
• 4–8 years of progressive supply chain experience in a global organization, preferably GCC setup and from manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred and SCM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales by managing customer orders, document creation, logistics planning and execution, shipment tracking, returns management.
• Support local teams for Sales Order Delivery creation.
• Create standard reports on Open Orders, Inventory availability and posting transactions on SAP.
• Create Sales Contracts and liaise with Sales/Finance to create sales contracts/orders.
• Create Documentation, coordinate with logistics and warehouse, track shipment and inform customer for sales orders.
• Assist Key Account Managers in allocation of shortage material and create dispatches as per allocation.
• Create standard reports on Inventory, open order status for planning and sales team.
• Create return orders, documentation, coordinate with logistics and warehouse for all customer returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing customer orders, document creation, logistics planning and execution, shipment tracking, returns management.
• Support local teams for Saler Order Delivery creation
• Creating Standard reports on Open Orders, Inventory availability and posting transactions on SAP
• Create Sales Contracts and liaison with Sales / Finance to create sales contracts / orders.
• Create Documentation, co-ordinate with logistics and warehouse, track shipment and inform customer for sales orders.
• Assist Key Account Managers in allocation of shortage material and create dispatches as per allocation.
• Create standard reports on Inventory, open order status for the perusal of planning and sales team.
• Create return orders, documentation, co-ordinate with logistics and warehouse for all customer returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree SCM, International Operations or IB required.
• Minimum of 4 - 8 years of progressive supply chain experience in a global organization (Preferably in GCC setup and from Manufacturing industry).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred) and SCM tools.
