INGEPSY Associate (AFR) based in Bogotá assists the logistics operations across end-to-end PO management, claims handling, pre-alerts, invoicing processes, carrier management and reporting.

Responsibilities include proactive lane monitoring, analyzing delays with action plans, maintaining reports for the account, and recording costs in CW Support to support logistics operations and proactive management.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy

Responsabilidades

• Proactive Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.
• Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.
• Backup of all reports performed for the account.
• Registering costs in CW Support and knowledge in the logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.
